The terms for using Millionaire AI Trend

These terms apply when you use millionaireaitrend.com. Millionaire AI Trend ("we", "us") is operated by Huan Lin, an individual developer based in Hong Kong. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Millionaire AI Trend turns one photo you upload into a short, vertical 9:16 AI-generated video for a popular online meme, using one of the site's preset effects. Before each video you confirm that the person in your photo is you or an adult who agreed to be in it. You see the credit cost and start the generation. Videos are generated by a third-party AI model (ByteDance Seedance 2.5, accessed through Kie.ai) and stored privately in your account. Features, effects and models may change over time.
Millionaire AI Trend is an unofficial, fan-made tool inspired by a popular online meme. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the people in the original meme videos. It is inspired by a comedy skit that Instagram creator @glowboynoah posted on September 18, 2026 (the original reel); it is not made, endorsed or sponsored by him, by OpenAI, or by TikTok, Instagram or any other platform. ChatGPT is a trademark of OpenAI and is used only to describe the meme. The videos the service makes do not use the original skit's video or audio: every voice in them is newly generated by AI. The TikTok clips shown on the site as examples are videos by their creators, shared with their permission and labeled as not made on the site. It never uses the name, face or likeness of anyone in the original meme videos in a video. Everyone in a video other than the person in your photo is AI-generated and is nobody real. Names of people and platforms are used only to describe the meme.
You need an account to upload photos, buy credits and generate videos. You sign up and sign in with your Google account. Keep your Google account secure and do not share your account. You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not access another person's account or try to bypass security or usage limits.
You keep ownership of the photos you upload. You give us permission to store, process and send them to our service providers only as needed to generate your videos, show them to you and run the service. Uploaded photos are deleted automatically 30 days after upload; generated videos stay in your account until you delete the video or your account (see our Privacy Policy).

Our Acceptable Use Policy lists prohibited content in detail and explains how we moderate content, how to report a video and what we do about violations. It is part of these terms. We may refuse to process content, remove content, and suspend or close accounts that break these rules; credits on an account closed for a violation are forfeited.
Videos are created by AI. Results vary and may be imperfect, inaccurate or different from what you expected, and the same photo can give different results.
Subject to these terms, the law and the rights of others, you may use the videos you generate for personal and commercial purposes. You are responsible for how you use and share them, including getting any permission needed from people shown in them. Because AI can produce similar results for different users, we do not promise that your videos are unique.
Your videos and photos are kept privately in your account. You should keep your own copies of anything you want to keep. The Privacy Policy explains how long we keep them and how to delete them.
We work to keep the service available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or stop features, effects or models. If we permanently close the service, we will give reasonable notice on the website where we can.
The service and the site's design, code and branding belong to Millionaire AI Trend or its licensors. These terms do not give you rights to them beyond using the service.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or removes rights you have under consumer law.
You can stop using the service at any time and delete your account in Settings → Security. Deletion is permanent and any remaining credits are lost. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the operator's place of residence, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections in the place where you live. Before starting any formal claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the problem.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will take reasonable steps to let you know. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
If you believe a page on this site, or a video made with it, infringes your copyright or trademark, email support@millionaireaitrend.com with the subject "Copyright". Include who you are, the work you own, where the material is (a link or a description) and a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized. We reply within 24 hours and remove or disable material that infringes. If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, reply to our notice with your explanation and we will review it.
